Installation instructions

This program and any advice given are provided entirely at your own risk. If your engine blows up or you fail your emissions tests don't come moaning to me - if you change your ECU it's your fault and nobody elses.

Installation

  1. First download and install perl if you don't already have it, you can get it from Here. Make sure to download the "MSI" installer so that it can set up your file type associations for you
  2. Download the installation zipfile
  3. Unzip the file, either into a new folder or alternatively wherever you intend to store your datalogs
  4. Open the folder and rename the configuration file appopriate to your ECU to afr.cf.
  5. If necessary edit the config file afr.cf to reflect your configuration, see here for more details.
  6. If you're using an emerald then you now need to set up the datalogger, instructions for which you can find below.
